RENTAL CONDITIONS
Rental Period :
Minimum rental is one day. Special rates
are applied for long term rentals. Payment :
The payment must be done before taking the car. Credit card, cash and
traveler checque are acceptible only. Each additional hour up to 3 hours
will be charged at 1/3 of the rate applied. Any fraction excess of 3
hours will be completed as a full day. Insurance :
The car should be driven without alcohol and drugs, below the legal
speed limits otherwise the insurance doesn’t accept the damage and the
driver is kept responsible for it. İf the car is stolen , the renter is
responsible for paying the rental fee until the date the car is found.
This limit is only 45 days. Beyond that limit, the renter will not pay
any rental fee. Traffic Fines
: Tickets and subsequent administrative sanctions resulting from traffic
violations incurred during the rental period are charged to the renter.
The Rental cars must not be driven
across Turkey borders.
- Insurance does not cover the damages
due to misuse of the car. In case of an accident or any damage, the
client is supposed to ask for the correspondent police and alcohol repot
immediately, without moving the rented car from the place of the
accident. Otherwise insurance is considered void.
